Carla has a passion for holistic health and fitness. She was awarded certification in massage therapy in 2006 from Harper College in Palatine, IL and a BS in Nutrition from MSU Denver in 2016. Her focus is on providing an individualized massage based on therapeutic touch for a longer lasting effect. She specializes in deep tissue massage while maintaining a relaxing, comfortable environment. She specializes in senior and geriatric massage.
